
Bram van der Klooster – Commercial Director (CEO)
Co-owner & Director Sales
Since 2016, I have been part of OTT Europe, where I have developed a strong focus on client relations and tailored training solutions. I hold both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree, and have further specialized in commercial strategy through the NIMA B certification in Marketing and Sales.
As co-owner of OTT Europe for the past four years, I am responsible for sales and client engagement, while my business partner, Esther Vervoort, oversees financial and operational management. This division allows us to combine strategic insight with personal service — a key strength of our organization.
I take great pride in building long-term relationships with our clients and guiding them in selecting and implementing the training programmes that best support their goals. My approach is pragmatic, service-oriented, and always tailored to the individual needs of each customer.
Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle — particularly playing padel — and spending time with my family, including our recently added four-legged family member.

Esther Vervoort – Financial Director (CFO)
Co-owner & Managing Director
Since 2016, I have been part of OTT Europe, where I oversee the company’s overall operations with a strong focus on financial management and human resources. Throughout the years, I have played a key role in guiding OTT through its transition and continuous growth, ensuring stability and long-term success.
My responsibilities include maintaining financial integrity, improving operational efficiency, and fostering a professional and supportive work culture where people can thrive. With a strategic mindset and a pragmatic approach, I am dedicated to strengthening OTT’s position as a trusted and forward-thinking organization in our sector.
Outside of work, I value spending quality time with my family, exploring new destinations, and finding inspiration through travel and literature.

Denise van Kemenade – Office Manager
Since joining OTT Europe in 2022, I have taken on the role of Office Manager, where I ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. I coordinate schedules, support our team, and enjoy maintaining close contact with our clients to guarantee a seamless experience.
I take pride in creating an organized and welcoming environment that enables our team to focus on delivering high-quality results. My role requires adaptability, precision, and a proactive attitude — qualities I bring to every task.
Beyond the office, I love spending time with family and friends, exploring new cities, and discovering inspiring places around the world.

Lynn Kassem – Financial Administration
In my role within OTT’s financial administration, I combine accuracy with creativity to manage complex tasks and processes effectively. Being fluent in Arabic, English, and Dutch allows me to communicate across cultures and contribute to a collaborative international environment.
I enjoy solving problems, finding efficient solutions, and ensuring that financial processes are completed with precision and integrity. My dynamic nature means I am comfortable navigating challenges and turning them into practical outcomes.
Outside of work, I enjoy reading, watching films, and exploring new cultural experiences. I’m passionate about cooking and love discovering new recipes and flavours from around the world.

Digna van der Sloot – Reception & Administration
Since April 2023, I have been part of OTT Europe where I am the first point of contact for visitors and clients. As Reception and Administration Officer, I combine a warm, welcoming presence with precision in handling administrative tasks.
I value the positive and appreciative company culture at OTT, where teamwork and professionalism go hand in hand. With a keen eye for detail and a customer-oriented mindset, I contribute to ensuring that every visitor feels well received and supported.
I enjoy spending my free time volunteering for local associations, reading, watching series, and taking long walks with my dachshund. Together with my husband, I love exploring the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany in our classic cars.

Romy Visser – Administration
As one of the newest members of OTT Europe, I joined the team in August 2025. Curious and eager to learn, I enjoy taking on new challenges and continuously developing my skills in administrative processes.
In my role, I support the finance and operations teams, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and organization in day-to-day administration. I bring a positive attitude and a strong drive to learn, which helps me grow both professionally and personally.
Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, spending time with friends, and exploring new towns — preferably with a bit of shopping along the way.
